What is the procedure to order a product?

There are four simple steps to the ordering process. Initially, you provide your details for which all privacy policies are followed. Then, our Company experienced employee will contact you to arrange for the measurement. Afterwards, we send you our offer in writing. Finally, the order is registered and we install your product within 20 working days.

Is there a guarantee covering your products?

A

All our products are given factory guarantee from 3 to 10 years.

Do you have a team responsible for service?

Our Company has an experienced service team available at any times during our store operating hours. In emergency cases there is also possibility of providing services outside the operating hours.

Do you give decorating tips?

A

Our Company employs experienced decorators and exterior shading technicians, they are ready to advise you at no extra charge for you to make the right choices to meet your needs.

What are your store opening hours?

A

Our store is open Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 13:00 and from 15:00 to 18:30. Wednesday and Saturday our store is open from 09:00 to 13:00. For more information and guidance please call us at 24824330 and we will be happy to assist you.
